Our Facility

We have our sound setup in Navghar Industrial Zone at Vasai (East), which is close to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is well-connected with road and railway station and supports our logistics network. Our entire covered area is approximately 15,000 square feet, and its installed power capacity is 200 HP. The plant has easy access to water supplies and 1 lakh litre water storage capacity. There is enough space in the setup to carry out operations such as blow moulding, filling and sealing, component assembly, and heat shrink filmmaking.

In our manufacturing unit, we have installed modern technology-based machinery such as blow moulding machine, vertical clamping & horizontal injection machine, ultrasonic molding machine, vacuum sealing machine, chilling plant, compressors, DM water plant and many other sophisticated machines.
